Routers
Busellato’s JET Series of CNC Routers include standard
models with work tables starting at 4’x9’ up to 5’x21’ with
larger custom sizes available. Busellato’s optional pusher
arm evacuates the nest for a 30 second unload cycle. This
system requires only modest floor space and does not use
multiple spoil boards. The machines are available with a
variety of heavy duty working units to match your production
requirements.

Edge
Banders
Our
edgebanders are sturdy and compact for applying PVC,
melamine, veneer, high-pressure laminate, and solid wood
edges in strips or rolls. They are ideal for processing thin
tape, 3mm PVC in coils, HPL and solid wood up to 3/4" in
strips.

Materials Handling Equipment
The
engineers at Delmac, working together with the engineers at
SAG, make the perfect team to develop production line
automation and specialty machinery. The SAG automatic
feeders and stackers are manufactured with two independent
feeding or stacking stations for continuous feeding and
stacking of working lines, pressing, sanding, lacquering and
other machines requiring continuous panel feeding. The
vacuum system and carriage is a special SAG design which
allows quick change-over from one panel configuration to
another and allows optimal utilization of working speed
versus stack configuration. Special clamp and rotational
devices and brushless AC positioning are also available for

Tenoners
Celaschi
and Gabbiani have been designing and building Single and
Double End Tenoners for over 40 years. The Single and Double
End Tenoners allow you to run parts or panels of varying
sizes successively with rapid or zero change-over time. Both
feature modular, heavy-duty bases, precision chain tracks,
and can be configured with units for sizing, squaring,
drilling, folding, sanding, profiling, sash shaping,
chamfering and tenoning. All Celaschi Tenoners use a
patented feed track system which incorporates permanently
lubricated and sealed needle bearings, hardened cars and
joining links for minimizing the pulsating effect common to
conventional chain track systems, available in 80mm and
45mm, giving you the ability to double side machine narrow
